Update git based dependencies

Most package managers allow to use a git based source (mostly github.com) for packages. For example when you fork the upstream repo to add your own fix. These packages are also shown as outdated when you run bundle outdated or npm outdated.

We have a private beta running for updating these git based packages whenever their version changes on the git host. Please get in touch if you want to use it!
